CURECLIP PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED provides advanced pharmaceutical research, laboratory testing, clinical trials diagnostics, and chemical formulations analysis. These services are provided subject to your compliance with all terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

2. User Registration & Obligations

By booking a test, registering an account, or commissioning a study, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself or your organization. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, CURECLIP PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate your services.

3. User Conduct & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any portal credentials, diagnostic reports, and payment documentation. You agree to use our laboratory reports, research findings, and clinical outcomes only for authorized legal, medical, and scientific research purposes.

4. Payments, Billing & Taxes (GST)

All services provided by CURECLIP PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED are subject to applicable taxes under local tax laws. We issue tax invoices containing our official registration details: GSTIN 07AAACM1637L1ZG. Payments must be settled in full prior to the release of official laboratory testing reports unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

CURECLIP PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our research laboratory results, testing portals, or diagnostic findings. All research results are provided in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards but do not constitute medical or therapeutic prescriptions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
